		<description>David,
As a PC user since 1978 I want to encourage you to not let the evolution
of Thunderbird take a backwards direction. Cosidering todays hundred gig
drives and blindingly fast cpus and
cheap memory, please build powerful
database engine into Thunderbirds
message system at least as good
as Netscape Communicator of 2004
before they dumbed it down. &quot;Search&quot;
of the message archives of hundreds
of thousands of messages can be lightning fast if properly indexed
and with the simple menu driven search
menus useing date, sender, subject
and body criteria. I am still using
Netscape 4.x email client and I have
1.3 million messages now but I am suffering from incompatibility since
it hasnt been updated for four years
now.
please contact me anytime for a discussion please
Scott   678-290-0507
