  1. Customs 2.0? I’d like to know what you think this is and would appreciate it if you would elaborate a little. I work with some of the courier companies in Canada so “Customs 2.0” need not be just a comment made in frustration to the ether….

  2. Customs 2.0 would mean customers understanding brokerage fees, having some sort of fair amount that is charged per shipment instead of widely varying customs forms and packages getting stuck at customs for days (I’ve experienced this several times). There is much room for improvement.
